Quite a few corrupt members of Congress were swept out of office in last fall's election. And four Republican House members in trouble actually resigned ahead of time: Mark Foley (FL-17), Tom Delay(TX-22), Bob Ney (OH-18), and Duke Cunningham (CA-50). Quite a few of the ones dengre calls the Abramoff 65 lost their seats, and a few retired. But the majority of them are still in office.
